Keep our patients’ and clients’ dreams alive, whatever that means to them; treating each person with deep intention and care.
Physical therapy is not just about treating injuries, but about empowering our clients to take control of their own health and well-being. We prioritize education and prevention to help our clients achieve long-
term success.
Insurance-based physical therapy often limits time and care—even with the best therapists.
At 805 Physical Therapy, we implement one-on-one care, no techs or aides, and a singular focus on getting you back to what you love.

Your initial exam begins with an in depth interview to better understand your goals, your health and to better guide the examination process. The physical exam that follows will look at posture, movement, strength, mobility and special tests. Your PT will then discuss a plan and recommendations to start your come back journey..

A two day running assessment. Day 1 you will receive a full PT exam, get your treadmill run on video and leave with any immediate concerns addressed. Day 2, you will follow up to go over your running video analysis, corrective measures and a treatment plan that may simply consist of an independent home program.

This program goes beyond surface-level arm care, providing a structured foundation that supports both short-term success and long-term durability

I had the fortune of working with Sandy after an unfortunate accident, and as a result I needed surgery. I didn’t really know if I would recover full function of my left arm, but after meeting Sandy, I was able to understand not only that I could but how I could and what I needed to do in order to accomplish that. Sandy was not only professional, but also very knowledgeable and what makes her different is her ability to communicate and connect with her patients. She walked me through every step and make sure I was doing the exercises and stretches correctly. I golf, swim and go to the gym, plus my work is physically demanding and thanks to Sandy I can do it all as good or better than before. I highly recommend her set of skills and personality.- A.E.N., Professional Golfer

Junior year of baseball is by far the most important. I had a very heartbreaking knee injury in the very beginning of the year. There wasn’t too much hope I would be back and fully healthy by the end of the year. Sandy was incredible at helping me recover from my knee injury. Through her expertise and dedication, she worked with me twice a week, guiding me through exercises and treatments that helped me regain my strength and stability. She always made me feel supported and confident in my recovery. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients truly set her apart from any physical therapist I've had. I couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist, and I’m grateful and blessed for all her help!

I hurt myself in football and recovered with more than enough time to get ready for the baseball season. Sandy fixed my knee/quad within about a month. She was easy to talk to and worked me as hard as I could handle so my recovery time was as fast as possible. Thank you Sandy!!! -D.G.

Sandy worked on me with utmost diligence after my Total Knee Replacement about 6 months ago! Prior to that, I have been to several different PTs for various reasons. And I did like some of them! However, when I met Sandy and had my sessions with her, she truly went above and beyond what I could have expected with any of them!
I truly believe that she has to be the absolute BEST in all of Ventura as she worked so diligently and so hard with me. She was not only tough on me in a gentle way when I needed it but also so loving and kind and encouraging when I needed it! Any one who went through a Total Knee Replacement surgery would agree with me how hard and painful the following Physical Therapy always is! However, she made it so much more tolerable by interspersing difficult movements with easier ones or talking with me through it with jokes etc!
I am so grateful that I was blessed with her as my PT and will encourage and recommend her to anyone who is seeking a PT after their own surgeries! - P.H, Active Senior
